Manifesto

Introduction: Introduction: Hajme Sabz Artistic group has embarked to hold the first plan for open-air drawing festival in which volunteers are able to draw in outdoors of Iranian villages; the plan is entitled as “Rural Art Festival”. The plan aims at integrating and maintaining the relation between art and rural community through visual artists out of galleries, museums and art universities “Rural Art Festival” in fact is a visual motion amongst Iranian villagers which is originated from a painter’s idea; it finds its own audience and calls for other visual artists. It brings about the art, particularly painting among the people and engraves its meaningful influence using media, press agencies, internet and Television networks on the society. It can be claimed that, this measure is unique in our country and its previous counterparts were so frail that their effect on vision of Iranian can be underestimated. Painting in outdoors of Iranian villages or “rural art Festival” which is run by some men, women, youth and children in Iranian villages is unprecedented based on our artistic memory Some believe that same thoughts would have been taken place somewhere and some decades ago which have not been creative, however can you enumerate an artistic motion which has been regulated without using experiences of other nations An artistic event or experience takes its value and reputation from its different and unique upshot rather its root and precedence. During art’s history, its innovation has never limited to use of cutting edge tools and its manifestation styles, however it has been proven that combining present approaches with new ones has ended to some upheavals which has differentiate them from their preliminary sparks Bringing art amongst people, publishing it across general public, involving families and their children are of its outcomes which can direct the art from ivory tower to general public, thus families can touch the art closely and try for its development. Art is a complicated and attractive concept which has solved human concerns during the far history. Wording concerns, senses, minds, intentions, thoughts, shortages, etc was the concerns of ancient and modern human which has conjured up various form to its since now Painting in outdoor of Iranian villages which is exerted by Hajme Sabz Artistic Group configures this fact that the art shall not confined to a special class, school and space. Why performing such activities is forbidden in outdoors, it may help emerging some new trends and vision across the art world One of substantial problems of art activities in Iran is art training. Our demands, researches , examinations and plans suffer from serious defects. Although educational, cultural and artistic official are actual entities who must deal with them, other people and entities must take part in process In some countries. Children are being acquainted with art and its critics which help them to discover their intuitional talents Eventually, we hope this plan become a global facility through supports of artistic society particularly visual arts artists and Iranian art centers and make a minuscule change in visual arts This festival has been held in 45 villages situated on Tehran, Mazandaran, Gorgan, Kerman, Kordestan, Bushehr, and Ardabil provinces yet and about 6000 villagers along with 300 artists ................................. Manifesto: The public information about the contemporary art is not satisfactory and most of the people merely accept the kind of art which simply shows the nature and landscape. Specializing the language of painting demands educational programs and the great artists and governmental systems particularely universities must take part in this process,in order to attract public attention to contemporary art. Despite its fifty-year old history, the contemporary art in Iran hasn't found its own place in public lives and it suffers from serious defects. Due to this issue, one of the most successful outcomes of this festival has been the public welcome of the villagers. After three years of continuous presence in outdoors of Irannian villages, out of galleries, museums and universities, "Rural art festival" has had a great influence in the people's lives particularely children and teenagers. This festival has helped the families to institutionalize their view toward art and artistic activities and also to confirm their relationship with great artists as an essential matter in this society .................................
