“Saghezchi” village in Ardebil, the host of art in the village festival
Saghezchi is a village around Namin in Ardebil with 706 people and a river called Saghezchi. Their products are grains and the job of the people in this village is agriculture and poultry and handcrafts.
The members of the art group of Hajme Sabz will perform the environmental art with the assistance of children and young people of the village.
Most of the educational and academic activities and conferences are held in big cities in the great museums and galleries and academic centers but the art in the village festival has been introduced itself as an essential interactive relationship between the artist and the rural society.
Up to now this festival has been thrown in forty five villages of Iran and more than 5000 people has had participated in this visual art festival from March of 2008.this festival has been supported by news agencies and newspapers and university professors and great artists.
According to significance of this festival in the cultural and art environment of the country there has been no official support of this festival and it has been held by the help of people.
