The first rural children painting competition
Hajme Sabz artistic group and the secretariat of rural art festival presents
Hajme Sabz artistic group has started the rural art festival, which is the painting performance in the outdoors of Iranian villages since April 2008. The plan aims at integrating and maintaining the relation between art and rural community through visual artists out of galleries, museums and art universities.
This festival has been held in 45 villages situated on Tehran, Mazandaran, Golestan, Kerman, Kordestan, Bushehr, Ardabil and Gilan provinces yet and about 7000 villagers along with 300 artists have participated in it and more than 400 painting has been gathered in the secretariat of the festival.
Aims:
This festival aims at the encouragement of the children in the villages all through the world, specially Iranian rural children to create works about friendship, exchange of native cultures and recognition of talents.

1. The first subject: Free painting
2. Especial section:”all through my village”
Terms:
1. Only rural children can take part
2. Each participant can have only 2 works
3. The works size must be 30*40 or 50*70
4. Technique is free
5. Age terms for participants: 4-12
Important points:
- Posting of the works must me in a manner that preserve the works otherwise they will be damaged and the festival won’t take the responsibility for it .
- The works wont be returned
- The license of the festival will be given to the artists whose works go for exhibition
- The secretariat of the festival will have the right to use the photos of the works for advertisements, Leaflets, books etc.
- The location of the exhibition will be decided by the secretariat of the festival.
- The full name, age, postal address with postal code, name of the province, city and village must be written on the back of the works.
- All the works, selected or unselected, will be preserved in the secretariat of the festival.
All the submitted works and the name of the participants will be saved in the secretariat of festival as the first base of rural Iranian artists.
All the works along with 4000 works from previous festivals will be introduced as the first rural Iranian artist’s bank.
Plaque status, honorary diplomas, and other prizes will be given to 15 artists in each section.
